As part of the acclaimed NFT Fest in Lugano, which will take place from 7 to 11 September 2023, we are pleased to announce the ‘Cyber Dreams – Digital Dreams’ exhibition.
This extraordinary exhibition invites the public to immerse themselves in a world of digital creativity from the prestigious Poseidon DAO collection.
Under the patronage of the Municipality of Lugano, the exhibition aims to explore new interpretations of digital art and promote an in-depth understanding of this evolving art form. The event will be held at the striking Asilo Ciani, a historic building in the heart of Lugano, which was completely restored in 2022.
These regenerated spaces will become the perfect stage to present to the city’s public and visitors a unique and free event telling the story of the Poseidon DAO collection.
This group exhibition will take the public on a journey into the dreamlike imagery of contemporary art, a world where technology and creativity come together extraordinarily. The Poseidon DAO collection comes to life on the striking entrance patio and in the seven rooms of the Asilo Ciani.
Viewers will be involved in a participatory experience beyond the superficial gaze, allowing them to immerse themselves in the works on display fully.
The exhibition route has been curated by guiding the public through different thematic nuclei of the human unconscious.
From the dystopian visions of Cyberpunk to the investigation of the psychic processes that shape our dreams, the exhibition will explore the interaction between technology, imagination and contemporary society.
“Cyber Dreams” will present works by internationally renowned digital artists, offering a 360-degree view of the central themes animating today’s cultural debate. This exhibition will become a highlight and connection within the Festival from blockchain technology to NFTs, augmented reality to virtual reality, to “Phygital” creations that challenge the boundaries between the physical and digital worlds.

The vernissage of the exhibition, reserved for Whale, Press & Guest, will be held on 8 September from 6 pm to 9 pm.
The free event, open to the public, will take place from 8 to 11 September 2023, from 11:00 to 22:00, at the Asilo Ciani, Via Carlo Cattaneo, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland.
